As a Partner Development Executive, you will be responsible for business growth through building relationships, data and solution driven thinking. You will drive a world-class partner experience that builds trust, retention and loyalty. Your role is pivotal to ensure adoption and engagement of our product with our partners, enable partnerships between partners and brands, accelerating their growth and helping them win!

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with the portfolio of partner accounts at Impact.

Key performance indicators for the Partner Development Executive are: increased earning of managed partners, increased brand revenue that is realized through partnership enablement.

This role is also responsible, in certain cases, for duties from the Channel Partnership team.

What You'll Do:

-Managing key partners, build good relationship with the partners, keep regular engagement with them and make sure their earnings grow steadily.

-Enabling the partnerships between brands and partners through smart and scalable methods. Keep your results monitored and reported

-Sourcing new brand leads from creating world-class partner experience

-Recruiting new strategic partners to Herblite that can form B2B relationships

-Selling Elite License to partners when you can

-Constantly learning the Herblite products, and train partners with the newest feature

-Providing partner insights to sales, Marketing and Revenue enablement Teams

-Always thinking of efficient and scalable ways for business Growth

-Other duties as assigned by the Company.

 

What You Have:

-Previous working experience in global market of 1-3 years

-Moderate experience in Digital Marketing (1-2 years)

-Strong communicator: communicate effectively with partners and internal team members

-Influential: be persuasive and command respect, by being a leader and expert in your knowledge of our company and products

-Data-driven: accurately measure the effectiveness of programs and efforts, use findings to improve processes

-Prioritization: prioritize effectively based on activities that will receive higher return for all audiences -Visionary: be able to diagnose potential issues before they arise

The eCommerce Manager is an integral part of the business, leading the marketing team to manage our eCommerce website development and experience. Additionally, the eCommerce Manager oversees merchandising, setup, and management of products and ensures that the web store is always up‐to‐date. The eCommerce Manager requires a high competency in eCommerce, content management, and project management, with a demonstrated proficiency in consumer-focused web/mobile platforms and web analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure the customer experience is seamless throughout the funnel by creating and maintaining product pages, category pages, cross-sells, and more.
2. Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve the visitor experience and user flow. Troubleshoot, develop optimization strategies, and facilitate necessary updates and introduction of new features and functionality.
3. Leverage hands-on experience to triage and escalate issues as appropriate. Develop a good understanding of eCommerce systems, platforms, and architecture to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms. Communicate effectively with the eCommerce Team, other business teams, and IT partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on production issues and causes.
4. Collaborate with the Product Management to prepare and publish products and digital assets to the website and manage timelines for all corresponding marketing assets. New assortments and product categories introduced, identify opportunities based on analytics and search data to improve navigation, landing pages, categorization, and site search optimization.
5. Manage the sourcing and maintenance of accurate, approved, and up-to-date product content (including product specifications, imagery, copy, pricing, and rich marketing content) by proofing and auditing, assisting in optimizing content, and the quality and integrity of images and videos. Ensure all branding guidelines are maintained across the website. Communicate with the creative department for asset creation needs.
6. Track industry and competitive best practices in paid search and Search Engine Optimization, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify threats, look for novel solutions, and develop creative action plans within the eCommerce business.
7. Create detailed project plans and carefully benchmark progress. Identify and document knowledge.
8. Support ongoing platform upgrades, site transitions, and maintenance efforts. Take responsibility for the migration of necessary copy and content to ensure website integrity.
9. Engage in continual monitoring of the website for bugs, broken images, load speed, outdated information (products and price errors, etc.), and functioning of offer codes to maintain the eCommerce Team's service level commitments.
10. Use analytics tools and other sources to measure the impact of changes to presentation, content, features, performance, and infrastructure.
11. Provide product management, category management, quality assurance, marketing, finance, and other internal business teams with ongoing reporting and analysis of key metrics related to the website's performance. Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
12. Report on new product launches and updates to international and external partners.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience managing eCommerce Marketing for a multi-national manufacturer from inception.
5 Years+ Experience in following functional areas:
Project Management
Content Management
Web Development
Online Marketing
Paid Search/Search Engine Optimization
Direct Experience with Magento, Google, Alibaba, or other relevant platforms
